Let's not forget the Classiscs

Right now I am watching The Little Mermaid.  I can not believe how much I have missed it.  Growing up, I watched almost nothing but Disney movies, and I can not help but think that the movies that are coming out now (even the Disney ones) do not even compare to the ones I watched as a kid...maybe that means I am getting old EEK!!! It is true though, a whole generation of people grew up with these characters, with Ariel, Belle, Peter Pan,Snow White, Simba, Aladdin, and Cinderella.  I am determined to make sure that the classics are never forgotten, because they are the best of the best!  People like to make all sorts of hidden agendas, and pervert disney by pointing out ridiculous things, but overall, we know that without Disney, Childhood would have sucked!  That being said, Disney does have way too much power I think.  They own too much, and the prices at Disneyland are throw up worthy.  I mean, a sandwich there costs about 100 15 bucks! I suppose they can get away with what people are willing to pay...even I am sometimes...I don't get how they do it?

Kobe Blunder

I really don't understand why everyone is making such a big deal about the comment that Kobe made during the game.  I have played sports for a really long time, and I know that when you are in the heat of the game, sometimes your temper can very easily get the best of you.  I have had similar reactions myself when I have been upset.  The term that Kobe used, while it can be offensive to some, is something that can be said without actually talking about gay people.  I know that Kobe was probably not actually thinking about a gay person when he said it.  It could have been equivalent to someone saying stupid idiot.  The only thing is, he is famous so anything people can do to make an example out of him people will, so he should know by now, that he has Kobe careful about what he says and does.  I think gay activists are always looking to be offended, and are always looking to be a victim.  I think that, yes, we need to erase that word from regular use, because it is hurtful, as hurtful as a racial slur, but I don't think it should be taken to the extent that it is with Kobe.  I just think they are happy to see him make that mistake, just to make an example, and I don't think that is fair.  So, I see his wrong....but give the dude a break. Kobe, watch your attitude kids are watching!

America's Best Dance Crew

I love watching America's Best Dance Crew! There are some truly amazing and talented dancers out there!  I thought funk phenomenon was the best out of all of them, on the first episode featuring music from Lil' wayne.  One thing I was wondering about during the whole show was "what the heck is going on with D Trix's hair?"  The weird thing about the show, is seeing JC from NSYNC as one of the judges.  Every time I saw him, I kept thinking "Bye, Bye, Bye"...who am I kidding....I was in love with him when I was 23   13.  Anyway, dance is such an amazing art form, and it says so much, and the creativity that goes into it, I appreciate greatly.  The all ladies group is so awesome too.  If you have never seen this show, you have to check it out on MTV, and MTV.com!

American Idol Shock

The latest American Idol contestant to be let go from the show, Pia Toscano has caused tons of shock to not only the contestants and judges, but also to people from all over.  A lot of people were incredibly shocked when it was announced that Pia would no longer be with the show.  She was definitely considered one of the more popular cast members on the show, even amongst the others!  I was so shocked, because I thought she was going to be the one who would win.  But, with all the being said, Pia is still in a great position because now she has the publicity that she needs to propel her career forward, and I don't doubt, that we will be hearing about her again...apart from her alleged hook up with Mark Ballas (this according to TMZ),

Rob and Big Together Again

I am so unbelievably excited about this season of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory, because Big Black Boykin is back!!!!! I loved watching Rob and Big, it was hands down the most funny show that I ever watched on TV (Yes, dare I say even funnier than The Office). Rob is so funny, but when him and Big get together, it is just too much funny.  I can't wait to see what kind of trouble they get into! it is kind of funny, because my boyfriend hates the show because he see's all the marketing an advertising that goes into it (Rob Dyrdek is sponsored by DC Shoes, and Monster).  How awesome would it be to get paid ridiculous money, to act a fool on TV, and do all kinds of crazy stuff? Rob is making bank rather it be from the show, from his sponsors, from skateboarding, or whatever. Bank. If you like to laugh, then check out this all new season of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory on MTV and MTV 2!

I tried to fight it but apparently I can not

So, I tried to fight this as long as I possibly could...I swore to myself that I would never ever pay any attention or go through the trouble of blogging about people like Charlie Sheen because I know that the only reason why he does the stupid things he does, is so that we will all talk about the stupid things he does, thus making him all the more famous although be it for being an idiot.  Charlie Sheen is nothing but an attention whore, who is rich enough to get the attention he needs.  This whole thing, is just getting ridiculous.  Playboy parties, Drunken nights, ruined hotel rooms, drugs, rants, raves, hookers, tours, web videos, tweets.  That is all Charlie Sheen has to offer the world...if you ask me, that's damn sad.  Why the heck are people flocking out to his tour anyway? Why is he so successful in grabbing all this attention from people? Any normal (non rich celebrity) would be seen as scum, and would certainly not be the talk of the town for acting the way he does.  He belongs in rehab, and away from cameras.

Cool Crime Drama

So this weekend I happened to stumble upon a show that I thought was pretty cool; it is called "Criminal Minds".  It is sort of like Law and Order, NCIS,or Numb3rs.  It looks at solving crimes through behavioral analysis of the criminal.  Basically, it solves crimes, by trying to figure out how the criminals think.  I started watching it, and got so addicted that I literally watched like 7 hours worth in one day! It keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time, and it is so intense.  Check it out on CBS!  Also, you can check out this link to the show's website, and watch full episodes now!
